Shipping Policy

Thank you for your order from Armor of Love Arts! We've outlined our shipping process below.

A. Order Processing & Production Times

Your total delivery time is the sum of our Production/Processing Time and the Shipping Time for the method you choose at checkout.

Print-on-Demand Items: These items are made-to-order. Production time is the time it takes for our fulfillment partner to create your product.

Estimated Production Time: 4-20 business days.
Disclaimer: Please note that these production times are estimates provided by our fulfillment partners. Armor of Love Arts is not responsible for production delays that are outside of our direct control. We do not offer rush processing or expedited production services.

In-Stock Items: These items are shipped from our available inventory.

Processing Time: 1-4 business days to pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipment.

B. Shipping Method, Cost, and Delivery Times

Customer's Choice of Shipping: At checkout, you will be able to choose your preferred shipping method from a list of available carriers and service speeds. The shipping cost for each option will be calculated and displayed for your approval before you complete your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time provided at checkout is based on the carrier's stated transit time for the service you select. This time begins after the item has completed its production or processing period.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped (either from our facility or our POD partner), you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

C. Multiple Items in a Single Order

If your order contains both Print-on-Demand and In-Stock items, they will be shipped separately and may arrive at different times. Print-On-Demand items may be fulfilled by different fulfillment partners and will ship separately.

You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
